The Company
Studio-quality headshots, onsite or virtual, at scale.
Capturely is a leading headshot photography platform specializing in onsite high-volume headshots, virtual headshots for remote teams, and AI headshots for businesses. In business since 2019 and headquartered in Los Angeles, Capturely also owns The Headshot Truck, the only LA-based mobile photo studio that comes directly to clients for corporate headshot photography.
The Challenge
Two brands, two databases, no way to compare them.
Capturely approached FullFunnel's sales operations team needing help optimizing their HubSpot environments. They ran one HubSpot instance for Capturely and a separate one for The Headshot Truck. Having two sets of data in individual databases made attribution, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and contact management very difficult. They knew growing the business required using their data to make actionable decisions about which channels and touchpoints were actually influencing buyers.
The Approach
Merge to one CRM, clean it up, then build the reporting.
As FullFunnel explored the two HubSpot environments and discussed the desired outcomes for reporting and attribution, it became clear the two would need to merge into one single source of truth.
Layer 1
CRM consolidation
Used the Capturely HubSpot environment as the new single CRM, migrated The Headshot Truck data into it, and used custom fields to track each brand individually within one system.
Layer 2
Attribution & forecasting
Built attribution reporting, sales pipeline reporting, and sales and marketing forecasting, separating contacts between guests and decision-makers and identifying points of contact per project.
Layer 3
Data cleanup
Performed a HubSpot form audit and cleanup, removing over 5,000 duplicate contacts with no company email or phone number, so the team could focus on contacts that were reachable.
Layer 4
Marketing scorecard
Created a marketing scorecard report to help analyze ad performance, social interactions, and ad spend across both brands.
