What we own

Board-facing outcomes, not vanity metrics.

C-suite engagements report against three axes: pipeline coverage vs. plan, sales efficiency, and the shape of the revenue mix. Every decision below rolls up to those three.
01

Pipeline coverage

A weekly read on 3× coverage against the plan, with the moves to close any gap before it lands in a board deck.
02

Sales efficiency

CAC, magic number and payback rebuilt from clean data, with the cost curve you can defend to a CFO.
03

Growth mix

Net-new, expansion, and channel-sourced pipeline separated so the narrative in a QBR matches the P&L.
04

Board narrative

The three slides that turn dashboards into a story: where growth came from, what is next, what could break it.
The QBR pack

Three slides that hold up under real scrutiny.

Not a dashboard dump. A short, defensible narrative that reconciles pipeline, efficiency, and the mix into one story a chair understands in ten minutes.

  • Where growth came from — and where it did not.
  • The two levers we are pulling next quarter and why.
  • The two risks we are watching — and what breaks the plan.
Sample · Q3 board packet
01 · Where growth came from

Enterprise net-new drove 62% of ARR; PLG converted at 18%.

02 · What we do next

Double outbound into two ICPs; sunset one channel below hurdle.

03 · What we are watching

Enterprise cycle stretching to 142 days; renewals at risk in EMEA.

FAQ

What C-Suite ask.

Do you replace our internal finance and RevOps teams?
No. We operate alongside them. Finance owns the ledger, RevOps owns the systems, we own the narrative between the two and the moves that shift it.
How fast can you get a defensible board pack?
Six weeks from engagement to a first defensible pack. Faster if the CRM data is already reasonably clean. Slower if we need to reconcile more than one system of record first.
We are pre-IPO. Can you work with our audit and disclosure standards?
Yes. Several current engagements are pre- and post-IPO. Reporting is versioned, sources are cited, and every number in the pack is traceable to a system of record.
Who do you report to on the C-suite side?
Usually the CEO, CRO or CFO. Cadence is a monthly steering meeting plus the quarterly board pack, with a working channel for the operators in between.

Thirty minutes is enough to see whether your growth narrative holds up — and where it doesn’t.
