The FullFunnel Sales Operations team works across a number of different CRMs and systems.  The CRMs we are currently working in with our clients include Hubspot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics,  Close.io, Zoho, Monday, as well as a few home grown solutions.  In terms of systems outside of CRMs, we are well-versed in tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, Reply.io, 6Sense, and a number of other platforms that might be in your RevOps techstack.

You can switch between Sales Operations tiers by giving 60 days notice.  If the team has immediate availability we might be able to transition quicker but it normally takes 60 days to change team allocations.

There is no limit on any output from the Sales Operations team, including reporting and dashboards.  The only limit that the client should be aware of is the number of monthly hours they have based on the sales operations tier they have selected to move forward with.  The more hours allotted to the engagement, the faster the output.

The FullFunnel Sales Operations team often works with clients’ internal Sales Operations team members.  Whether it's a gap in capabilities or a limit on resources, clients bring the sales operations team in to work alongside their existing team quite often.
