FullFunnel Designs New Website For a Better User Experience for the Target Audience

The Challenge

Because of the consultative nature of their work, TVP struggled to fully demonstrate the value and specificity of its service offering through a medium as broad as a website. The majority of new business has historically come from referrals. TVP partnered with FullFunnel with the goal of increasing demand generation and diversifying demand sources by repositioning TVP’s branding, website, and messaging to amplify key service offerings and value propositions within each target audience. 

The Solution

FullFunnel worked with TVP to gain a better understanding of their ideal client personas (ICPs). Once established, FullFunnel developed a new brand identity that would speak to the creative, consultative services TVP offers. 

In addition to increasing TVP’s digital presence and conversions, FullFunnel designed the new website with two key UX elements in mind:

  1. Segment the customer journey by specific ICP, and ensure that the content resonates with each audience.
  2. Incorporate visual examples of the unique TVP story throughout the site.

FullFunnel expanded the website with new pages and navigation to create a seamless user experience for each ICP. By breaking down the services and segmenting each target industry, TVP is better able to speak to the needs of each unique audience. FullFunnel prioritized telling the TVP story throughout the site, incorporating SEO elements to increase TVP’s search visibility within their target audiences. 

Results

The launch of the new site has helped TVP increase its digital presence, speak directly to ICPs, and visually showcase the power of its services. But the changes didn’t stop there! In addition, FullFunnel is developing content and leveraging the new website for advertising initiatives to maximize digital demand generation.
