What Problem Does It Solve? 

Trellus provides sales teams or individuals with real-time coaching on sales calls. It's a Chrome extension that works with most dialers. It's designed for cold calling and real-time coaching instead of post-call feedback. 

Who Should Use It? 

This is great for sales teams of any size who engage in outbound cold calls. It's also a good option for individual reps - there is an individual version that does not rely on your company's investment. 

Would We Recommend It? 

Yes, I would recommend Trellus. There are a lot of features we love and find value in. Call data (both quantitative and qualitative) is centralized. The live coaching and guidance can decrease onboarding time for new reps and the live prospect research helps reps have more customized conversations. It also helps standardize call scripts.
