Tech Review: Slack Sales Elevate

What Problem Does It Solve? 

Slack Sales Elevate allows sales teams to access accounts, opportunities, key metrics, and notifications right from Slack. This allows sales teams to stay on top of opportunities without needing to jump between as many systems. This is a good add on for sales teams frequently on the go because it allows reps to update opportunities, log calls, log notes, and view reporting easily on their mobile devices.

Who Should Use It? 

Sales teams would benefit from this technology, so long as they are already using Salesforce and Slack. This is a great integration, but not worth changing your existing CRM or team communication platform for. 

Would We Recommend It? 

Slack Sales Elevate is a convenient tool to add on to your Salesforce Sales Cloud. It makes it easy for reps to update opportunities, set reminders, view reports all from Slack. Sales managers can also create customized views to see their team's opportunities, forecasting, and reporting.
