Gong provides sales teams with insights into sales conversations, sales coaching, training, and deal analytics. The core problem that Gong addresses is the need for deeper insights into sales conversations and the desire to optimize communication strategies within sales teams.

Who Should Use It? 

Sales teams (AEs; BDRs if Gong Engage is added). Due to cost, larger companies are a better fit. 

Would We Recommend It? 

Yes, I would recommend Gong. Gong is helpful for turning conversations into actionable insights. It can be used for sales coaching, forecasting, deal execution, and deal insights/reporting. Gong helps sales teams understand what is working vs. what is not working.
