Tech Review: Factors.ai
What Problem Does It Solve?
Factors de-anonymizes website visitor data. With that, you can filter by firmographics and use that information for outbound campaigns. In theory, having this data will increase your ROI.
It also provides further insights into the customer journey, which can help you optimize your pipeline.
Who Should Use It?
There are applications for LinkedIn campaign managers, pipeline managers, sales managers to create comprehensive campaigns designed to close more deals.
Would We Recommend It?
Not yet. Some integrations are smooth, while others are clunky. More critically, in our test, the outbound campaigns targeting the identified accounts on high-conversion pages did not get results. For that reason, we were not confident in the data we received. However, they are gaining new partners and new features. As they grow, this may be a platform to revisit because there is a big upside if their data is accurate.
