Are FullFunnel SDRs Entry-Level?
Not all SDRs that work at FullFunnel are entry-level and usually, these team members will fall into two broad categories which are entry-level or mid-career professionals. Regardless of the candidate's experience, all team members are put through our rigorous initial training programs that run during the initial 12 months of their tenure at the company. SDRs usually will be promoted to other positions after 12 months of tenure at FullFunnel.
How Are FullFunnel SDRs Trained? Generally, And On Our Account?
FullFunnel’s Sales Career Acceleration program is designed to take candidates with 2 years or less of sales experience and quickly ramp them into fully functional sales assets on our program accounts. All our candidates are put through an intensive two-week training program on systems, tactics, and communication training that allows them to begin working on our accounts with operational ease. These SDRs are all managed by SDR Managers who are the principal performance managers on their accounts. These SDR managers work with our account directors to ensure that our assets are ramping and performing to standards in terms of hours per SAL or total CAC.
What Happens If An SDR Is Promoted?
A normal timeline for an SDR to be promoted at FullFunnel is between 12-18 months, when they will transition into a more senior role. Therefore, all long-term clients will experience some rotation of its demand generation staff as BDRs are hired, placed, and promoted within the organization. The normal duration of an SDR/BDR role is roughly 12-18 months in any normal organization and the value that FullFunnel provides is a best-in-class recruiting, training, and management program that ensures our clients' investment in their sales and marketing programs is as efficiently allocated as possible. As a data-centric organization, we monitor every action our SDRs take so when we need to replace a staff member there is a rich history of what worked, how it worked, and why it worked so that the next amazing team member can continue producing for the account.
