Matthew co-founded FullFunnel in the fall of 2015 to help organizations build world class sales and marketing engines. Matthew's previous experience includes essentially every position in a sales and marketing department from SDR, to marketing analyst, to manager, to VP of sales and marketing across organizations ranging from under 10mm in revenue to over 150mm in revenue.
Armed with a passion for turnarounds and a relentless requirement for achievement, Matthew brings his straight-talk style of delivery to every aspect of the FullFunnel product. His favorite saying is that in sales and marketing, "2 + 2 does not equal banana" and he believes that all sales and marketing challenges can be explained using sixth-grade math and a spreadsheet. Matthew lives in New Hampshire with his family and two dogs and loves to ski, wakeboard, and operate heavy machinery in his spare time.

Stephen co-founded FullFunnel in 2015 to help organizations build sustainable revenue programs. Bringing years of experience in both the tech and service sectors, he is passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Stephen attended Roger Williams University and majored in Marketing and Management, and was a four year standout on the lacrosse team. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Endicott College. Stephen lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two boys, is an avid fisherman, and still occasionally gets out on the lacrosse field.

Beginning his journey with FullFunnel upon graduation from Brown University, Tyler has worn many hats in over 6 years with the organization, including as a Marketing Strategist, Account Director, Director of Consulting, and Director of Marketing.
Now serving as a Managing Director of Revenue Operations, Tyler has worked with over 100 companies during his time as a Consultant across revenue operations programs of all sizes, bringing a pragmatic approach to data, technology, processes, and infrastructure. Outside of work Tyler is an avid sports fan and enjoys cooking a good meal. A Cincinnati, Ohio native, Tyler now lives and works in Miami, Florida.

David graduated from Quinnipiac University with both a BS in Marketing as well as his MBA. Before joining FullFunnel he worked in the Boston tech startup space where he helped many earlier stage companies build their sales teams and processes from the ground up. Throughout his tenure at FullFunnel, he has worked with over 150 client demand generation programs and has played many roles ranging from a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategist, Director of Sales Operations and now Managing Director.
As an MD, he works with his clients as a strategic partner to help drive process, logic and efficiency within their overall programs and techstacks. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time by the water or on the golf course, as well as cooking up a good meal for family and friends.

Bryan Bruwer joined the FullFunnel team upon graduating from Boston College in 2021, where he studied Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and History.
Over the past four years, Bryan has led FullFunnel’s Paid Advertising function, and later the broader inbound marketing team, helping clients design and execute high-performing demand generation programs.
Bryan brings a pragmatic, data-driven approach to inbound marketing and has crafted winning demand generation strategies for clients in industries ranging from B2B SaaS to blue-collar professional services.
Based in the New York Metro Area, Bryan is a die-hard fan of the New York Jets and New York Yankees, and spends his free time on the golf course and exploring America's national parks.

As Manager of the Tech Stack Management Group, she works with clients across a wide range of industries to optimize their tech stack and streamline processes for greater efficiency. She works across a variety of revenue operations platforms, combining strategic insight with hands on execution to help clients get the most value from their technology investments.
Based in the Philadelphia area, Allison leads FullFunnel’s tech stack management team, overseeing the execution of implementation and system optimization initiatives that drive measurable impact for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, and with family and friends.

With experience leading digital strategy for global brands across FMCG, SaaS, and B2B sectors, Luke Criticos specializes in optimizing paid media and organic channels to achieve measurable ROI. He combines data-driven insight with creativity, leveraging AI and intelligence tools to push performance and efficiency to new heights.
As the Marketing Ops Manager at FullFunnel, Luke leads paid advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies across multiple client accounts. Luke also specializes in connecting inbound and outbound marketing efforts to deliver high-performing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive sustainable growth.

Hunter joined the FullFunnel team upon graduating from Dartmouth College and earning his MBA from the University of New Hampshire, both while competing as a Division I athlete.
During his time at FullFunnel, Hunter has served as an Operations Analyst, helping clients design and scale modern go-to-market systems powered by data, automation, and AI-driven outreach. He brings a structured, analytical approach to growth strategy, focused on building repeatable, technology-enabled revenue programs.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new mountains, and skiing whenever he gets the chance.

Neeraj Kumar, an engineer-turned-sales leader with over a decade of experience in AI SaaS, specialises in building go-to-market systems that transform signals into revenue. He assists founders, RevOps teams, and growth teams in converting bold outreach ideas into automated, functional pipelines. These pipelines are powered by Clay, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, and purpose-built AI agents. His intelligent process automations replace manual operations, enhance efficiency, and accelerate the pipeline to revenue.
He has successfully scaled startups to multi-million ARR, closed complex deals, and designed RevOps systems that teams actually use. Outside of work, Neeraj enjoys experiential travel and spending time with his family and friends.

Jake Birkhahn leads FullFunnel’s Project Management Group, managing a team of project managers to deliver scalable B2B GTM and RevOps solutions. He develops and implements project management processes, standards, and best practices, directing cross-functional teams on complex initiatives in demand generation, sales operations, and marketing automation. Jake crafts detailed project plans and timelines, monitors KPIs, generates insightful reports for data-driven decisions, and optimizes processes to ensure efficient execution, risk mitigation, high client satisfaction, and alignment with revenue growth objectives.
Progressing from his initial role as Account Manager three years ago, Jake has built deep expertise within FullFunnel in client relations, process improvements, and project management team development. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
