Matthew founded FullFunnel to help businesses gain traction. With more than 13 years as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and two-time Board Member, he has been in the shoes of every sales role. Armed with a passion for turnarounds and a relentless drive to succeed, he enjoys building great teams in any organization he encounters. An avid freestyle skier and dog lover, Matthew lives between Lake Tahoe and Boston.

 Stephen Barone

Stephen co-founded FullFunnel to help SMBs build sustainable sales and marketing programs. Bringing years of experience in both the tech and service sectors, he is passionate about inbound marketing. With both strategic and tactical acumen in a number of business areas, Stephen helps our clients develop strategy, implement systems, execute programs, and achieve sustainable growth. Stephen lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts and is an avid fisherman.

 Gwen Wiscount

Gwen is a Partner at FullFunnel and a member of the founding team. While growing up in family businesses, consistently exceeding expectations and creating unmatched value was ingrained in Gwen at a very young age. With sales and marketing experience in a variety of industries, she leads strategic direction and execution for her portfolio companies to achieve exponential growth. You can find Gwen galavanting all over Boston with a coffee in hand or running shoes laced up, in search of the best views of the city.

 Scott Sorochak

Scott has over 25 years of executive sales, marketing and operational leadership. His key focus has been on assisting startups and early stage companies go from $0 to over $100M in revenue and building A+ cross departmental teams. He has helped startup companies raise over $200M in debt and equity financing from many of Silicon Valley's top tier venture capital firms and continues to personally invest in many of the companies he is affiliated with.


 Rhonda Lee

Rhonda Lee joined FullFunnel as a Sr. Partner and SVP of Sales, July 2017 having spent upwards of 20 years as the Founder of Mac + Lee.  She is known for delivering strategic insights and winning revenue generation plans, having connected the sales and marketing dots for start-ups to billion dollar organizations such as Avaya, IBM, Oracle, Pearson Education and Promethean.  She values the time she can spend mentoring college students as part of her AckknowledgeHer program. 

 Holly Berrigan

With a background in business development and international media, Holly enjoys creating and optimizing sales and marketing strategies. Writing stellar content, tackling social selling, and understanding a product or services journey to the consumer are her areas of expertise. Fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian, Holly most enjoys training her golden retriever, Normando, in Spanish, cooking new things and going on hikes.


 Tim Connell

Tim brings a unique set of sales and business development expertise to FullFunnel from his broad range of experience selling to both the B2B and B2C space. Working for both start ups and publicly traded companies he has continuously proven to be a top producer closing millions in revenue. His success comes from his consultative selling approach, which when paired with his execution process, has driven closing ratios north of 20%. When Tim is not closing business you can usually find him in the backwoods of New Hampshire spending time with his family.

 Jess Robinson

As a creative professional, Jess has a passion for creating beautiful imagery and lay-outs. Having received her BFA in Printmaking at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, she utilizes her hands-on experiences in the studio to inform her design practice. When she’s not creating images or printing, she spends her time cycling, browsing farmers markets, cooking, drinking espresso and snapping photos. She lives and works in Boston, MA.


 Madilynn Castillo

Madilynn is an accomplished digital marketing professional that has managed millions in digital marketing media spend. She specializes in accelerating growth and establishing product categories for business-to-business companies and has helped clients secure additional funding rounds and acquisitions via successful demand generation programs.


 Brennen Monahan

Brennen is a graduate of Westminster College with a degree in Marketing. His background ranges from journalism to inbound sales with significant experience in consumer goods. He has a strong hands on approach to sales outreach and enjoys creating opportunities for his clients. With a Wilderness First Responder certification, you can typically find Brennen outdoors, skiing, backpacking, or photographing nature. Brennen is based out of the Washington, DC office.

 Mark Saltarelli

Mark graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Marketing and Interactive Media. He has a background in building digital marketing programs for software, financial services, and educational organizations and enjoys working on projects that merge data-driven insights with creative thinking. Mark loves talking about design, Scooby Doo, dive bars, and his hometown, Buffalo, NY.

 Grant Bedard

Grant Bedard is one of the founding employees of FullFunnel, and a member of the FullFunnel operations team. Acting as the Sales Operations Specialist since the company’s inception, he has been integral in the development of proven outbound prospecting programs designed to identify and capture qualified leads for FullFunnel clients. In addition to leading his team in the development and execution of sales processes, Grant is also the de facto source for data solutions in CRM instances.


 Amy Du

In both her freelance work and former projects at McKinsey, Amy developed radical and innovative approaches to leveraging digital channels, helping clients to achieve faster and more efficient business growth. Her passion is not only founded in strategic planning, but also the thrill of executing those plans. You can find her running with her black lab, enjoying happy hour at an oyster bar, or traveling to warmer climates in her spare time.

 Gina Ruscio

Gina graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Marketing, Finance, and Technological Entrepreneurship. She has held multiple roles, primarily within the tech industry, and has a background in both marketing and sales operations. Gina loves balancing creative marketing work with in-depth analysis to create impactful content. In her spare time, Gina enjoys learning new skills, touring New England breweries, and volunteering for animal rescue.



 Blake Kendrick

With a background in Psychology, Blake treats every marketing project as an opportunity to step into the shoes of someone new. He thrives in situations that call for analysis of user experience, frequently assessing digital purchasing pathways. He also jumps at the chance to develop behind-the-scenes, system-driven solutions that make business operations and sales activities more manageable and cost-effective through automation.


 Emily Bair

Emily is an accomplished sales professional with several years of experience across B2B and B2C industries. She has served clientele ranging from small business owners, to top players in Silicon Valley, and all the way up to national brands. With a passion for creative strategy and a solutions-oriented approach, she has sold and managed millions in profit. When not executing sales and marketing strategies for her clients, you can find Emily traveling, cooking, or curled up with a book in hand.


 Stephen Ambrose

Stephen graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He was a D1 athlete on the water polo team and in 2014 was named the CWPA Co-National Player of the Year. He worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Oracle before working under Scott Sorochack as his top Account Executive at Sellpoints. In Stephen’s free time, he enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and coaching the club water polo team at Berkeley.

Tyler Williams

Tyler is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio but moved to the east cost to attend Brown University where he studied Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Studies. While at Brown, Tyler was a member of the basketball team and participated in a program called “Princes to Kings” where he worked with underprivileged youth. Tyler brings his passion for story building and data analysis to his work at FullFunnel. Outside of work, you can find Tyler at a gym, looking for a new place to go fishing, or tuning in to various sporting events.


 Jan Roos

Jan has been with FullFunnel as legal counsel since the beginning, allowing our team to adapt and tailor services for each client, ensuring a customized, growth-focused solution. With a background in corporate governance and technical compliance across the business spectrum - from startups to Fortune 500s – Jan knows that a major component to company success is anticipating potential pitfalls and crafting solutions to avoid them. Away from his desk, Jan can be found boating, hiking, and camping with his family.


 Madeline Meyer

Maddie graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems. She brings her passion for creativity and analytics to her position as a Digital Marketing Analyst in the Boston office. During her spare time, Maddie shares her interests in the Textile and Apparel industry through designing fabric prints and apparel designs as well as traveling and adventuring outdoors..


 Luke George

Interested in corporate operations management as a freshman at Boston College, Luke’s ambitions changed when he took his first venture through the Boston College Venture Competition. He decided to major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing and now, he’s a Sales and Marketing Analyst with the Fullfunnel team in Boston. Luke spends his free time making a mess in the kitchen, ranching with his family in Texas and designing venture side projects.


 Taylor Ayoub

Taylor graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Communication, Business Applications. She has spent the past several years in the tech industry developing her passion for inbound marketing. She is captivated by new ideas and dedicates her time to staying on top of current marketing trends. Outside of marketing, Taylor’s passions include skiing, traveling, and spending time with her dog.


 Nic Jansson

Nic's experience working with a digital agency as well as in-house with an international CPG company has given him a unique perspective on leveraging analytics and messaging to bridge the gap between brand and consumer. As an Economics grad, Nic has a passion for thinking about which levers to pull to achieve a client's goals. In his free time he enjoys spending time on the trail with his dog, hitting the slopes in the winter, and playing soccer. Nic is located in Boston.


 Fernando Guimaraes

A recent graduate from Brown University, Fernando initially became attracted to sales and marketing when helping his close friends start a ginger beer company, assisting in defining marketing strategies and leading sales efforts. He became fascinated by the effectiveness of implementing and optimizing effective sales management procedures in helping to grow a business. Fernando is passionate about marketing and sales strategies and believes thorough research is the basis for a successful sales effort. In his free time, Fernando is an avid runner and surfer, and loves everything about Star Wars.


 John MacKenzie

As a graduate of Bates College with a degree in Environmental Studies, John has executed business development activities across a number of industries. While pursuing his MBA from Babson College, John rounded out his business acumen and prides himself on his ability to understand how various aspects of sales, marketing, and other functions impact a company’s bottom line. Outside of work, John is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with friends. He is located in the Boston office.


 Lauren Stobierski

Lauren is a senior at Brown University double concentrating in Business, Entrepreneurship, Organizations and Visual Arts. She is a D1 athlete, captain of the alpine ski team and recently finished 3rd at USCSA Nationals in Bend, Oregon. She is interning at the Boston office and enjoys scuba diving, plein air sketching and rooting for the Red Sox.


 Alison Klemencic

Alison graduated from Tufts University with a degree in International Economics and German, where she studied behavioral economics. She brings her passion for psychology and data analysis to the Boston office as a Digital Marketing Analyst. In her free time Alison enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and catching live shows.

 Amanda Yao

Amanda studied Economics at Brown University. While at Brown, she served as the Co-President of a nonprofit that provides economic opportunity for low-income single mothers in Rhode Island. Last year, she took a semester off school to go to China on a Fulbright scholarship, where she interned at a tech company and gave presentations in X’ian about cultural differences in the US and China. She is a Digital Marketing Analyst in the Boston office and enjoys traveling and discovering oyster happy hours in the area.


 Junior Mendoza

Junior graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Mathematics, where he studied number theory and complex analysis. He uses his problem solving skills to design, document and maintain business models and systems. In his free time, Junior can be found at the gym, on a hike with his dog Leo, or coaching pop warner football.

After graduating from Boston College in 2016, Jordan started his career as a Business Development Rep at Oracle in Burlington, MA. With a degree in Economics, he is trained to solve any problem from an analytical approach, but isn’t afraid to use confidence and strong communication while generating demand for his clients. Jordan is a guitar player and an all around music-lover, always on the hunt for a new nugget of musical excellence.

 Montgomery Patterson

Much like his passion for adrenaline filled sports - motocross and skiing - Monty finds a source of excitement when negotiating and articulating complex products on behalf of FullFunnel’s partners. In addition to focusing on the needs of his clients, Monty is always looking to learn new things.
