Matthew founded FullFunnel to help businesses gain traction. With more than 13 years as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and two-time Board Member, he has been in the shoes of every sales role. Armed with a passion for turnarounds and a relentless drive to succeed, he enjoys building great teams in any organization he encounters. An avid freestyle skier and dog lover, Matthew lives between Lake Tahoe and Boston.
Stephen co-founded FullFunnel to help SMBs build sustainable sales and marketing programs. Bringing years of experience in both the tech and service sectors, he is passionate about inbound marketing. With both strategic and tactical acumen in a number of business areas, Stephen helps our clients develop strategy, implement systems, execute programs, and achieve sustainable growth. Stephen lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts and is an avid fisherman.
Jonathan brings a decade of experience in finance to FullFunnel, having worked in companies large and small. He was most recently on the management team of a digital health startup, helping to scale up through Series A and beyond. With a penchant for leveraging sound financial data to make decisions, he is passionate about driving businesses forward through impactful partnerships with sales and marketing leaders. Jonathan lives in Massachusetts and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Gina graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Marketing, Finance, and Technological Entrepreneurship. She has held multiple roles, primarily within the tech industry, and has a background in both marketing and sales operations. Gina loves balancing creative marketing work with in-depth analysis to create impactful content. In her spare time, Gina enjoys learning new skills, touring New England breweries, and volunteering for animal rescue.
Interested in corporate operations management as a freshman at Boston College, Luke’s ambitions changed when he took his first venture through the Boston College Venture Competition. He decided to major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing and now, he’s a Marketing Operations Specialist with the FullFunnel team in Boston. Luke spends his free time making a mess in the kitchen, ranching with his family in Texas and designing venture side projects.
Having moved to the East Coast to ski race D-I for Bates College, Brent joined ezCater as the 100th employee in 2015. During the following period of 10x growth, he solved key business development problems for the executive team. With his background on getting new products to market and scaling new business lines from the front line, Brent excels at both cross-functional and client-facing work. Brent coaches the nationally competitive Tufts University D-III ski team in his spare time and will try to cook anything from scratch.
Jennifer Weimer graduated with Honors from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and Economics. While there, she served as Team Captain and received All-Conference honors as the Keeper for the Women’s Soccer Team. Following graduation, Jennifer began her first job in the business world as Marketing Director for a real estate company in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. In that position, she was instrumental in generating a 400% increase in sales over the 4 years of her tenure. From there, she launched her own marketing & graphic design business which she ran for 5 years before making the leap into sales. She spent the next 13 years working with a number of businesses in territory development and territory expansion, developing a very distinguished resume which demonstrates great success in sales / marketing / management / relationships. She has repeatedly been the top Salesperson in her company. Jennifer joined the FullFunnel family in 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition. She brings enthusiasm and experience to this position and looks forward to maximizing opportunities & efficiencies while making sure that we always have a well-qualified team in place to provide the finest level of service to each of our Clients.
Fabiana graduated from Brown University with a degree in International Relations and a focus on Economics. Fabiana joined FullFunnel with a passion for both sales and marketing, and gained valuable experience in both areas as both an Analyst and Account Director. As the Director of Digital Marketing at FullFunnel, Fabiana enjoys taking a holistic approach to demand generation that considers every stage of the sales funnel, from awareness to commitment. In her free time, she enjoys travel and creative writing.
Miranda attended Florida Atlantic University where she played volleyball and received a Bachelor of Science in biology. After spending some time as an Account Executive at a marketing technology startup, she realized her passion for sales and joined FullFunnel 3.5 years ago as a member of the sales-execution layer. From there, she spent 2 years on the Pilot Team as an Account Director learning the connections between targets, messages, and channels in creating reliable demand-generation programs for some of the largest FullFunnel projects to date. In 2021, she transitioned to leading demand-generation audits and guiding pilots as a Growth Strategist. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, watching true crime documentaries, and cooking.
Taylor graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Communication, Business Applications. She spent several years in the tech industry developing her passion for inbound marketing before joining FullFunnel as a Marketing Strategist. At FullFunnel, Taylor discovered a passion for sales and transitioned into an Account Director role, managing a combination of sales accounts from demand generation through to pipeline management. As the Director of Pilot Operations, Taylor is responsible for maximizing client outcomes and supporting sales teams from a strategic perspective. Outside of work, Taylor’s passions include spending time with her two dogs, traveling, and skiing.
