Matthew co-founded FullFunnel in the fall of 2015 to help organizations build world class sales and marketing engines. Matthew's previous experience includes essentially every position in a sales and marketing department from SDR, to marketing analyst, to manager, to VP of sales and marketing across organizations ranging from under 10mm in revenue to over 150mm in revenue. Armed with a passion for turnarounds and a relentless requirement for achievement, Matthew brings his straight-talk style of delivery to every aspect of the FullFunnel product. His favorite saying is that in sales and marketing, "2 + 2 does not equal banana" and he believes that all sales and marketing challenges can be explained using sixth-grade math and a spreadsheet. Matthew lives in New Hampshire with his family and two dogs and loves to ski, wakeboard, and operate heavy machinery in his spare time.

Stephen Barone
Partner
Stephen co-founded FullFunnel in 2015 to help organizations build sustainable revenue programs. Bringing years of experience in both the tech and service sectors, he is passionate about operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Stephen attended Roger Williams University and majored in Marketing and Management, and was a four year standout on the lacrosse team. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Endicott College. Stephen lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two boys, and is an avid fisherman.

Ryan Kelley
VP, Client Services
Ryan graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BS in Sport Management. After spending 15 years in various sales and sales leadership roles within the sports and entertainment industry in Boston, he sought a new challenge. In July 2021, Ryan joined the FullFunnel team as a Business Development Manager. By September of the same year, due to the company's rapidly expanding staffing operations, Ryan transitioned to the role of Director of Staffing Operations. In this position, he oversaw the organization's fully managed outsourced staffing and direct-to-hire staffing placement services. Over the past 6 months, as the company focused on delivering unparalleled Revenue Operations Services, Ryan took on the responsibility of overseeing the broader service delivery team and managing the client success function. Despite now living in Connecticut, Ryan remains a devoted fan of Boston sports.

Genie Lutz

Genie attended Rice University. She graduated with a BS in Biology and Business. She was a partner at PWC for many years working in their London office and actually played a key role in the coming together of the two legacy firms. She is passionate about working with professional services and organizations that are struggling to meet their growth objectives. She loves nothing more than rolling up her sleeves and finding cost-effective solutions. Genie lives in Washington State, and would be happy to take you on a hike to see some of the most beautiful views in the PNW.

Luke George

"Every day I open the front door of the office and step into dozens of companies in the process of building successful sales and marketing futures." Luke first walked through the doors of FullFunnel 7 years ago as a sales and marketing analyst with one goal in mind: Experience as many sales and marketing problems as possible. Originally hailing from a start-up background in college, he recognized early on that he knew nothing about how companies built the people, process, and platforms used to actually get a company off the ground. Joining FullFunnel, he worked through sales execution work cold calling law firms, marketing projects creating ad campaigns for tech companies, and moved to operations to learn the connective tissue that holds all sales and marketing teams together. From there, he ran FullFunnel audits for two years meeting hundreds of companies in crisis or evolution and found his niche in as many sales and marketing problems as possible. Now he's our Managing Director of Revenue Operations, focused on building people, process, and platforms to create the next generation of sales and marketing success.

David Mercurio
Managing Director, Revenue Operations
David graduated from Quinnipiac University with both a BS in Marketing as well as his MBA. Before joining FullFunnel he worked in the Boston tech startup space where he helped many earlier stage companies build their sales teams and processes from the ground up. Throughout his tenure at FullFunnel, he has worked with over 150 client demand generation programs and has played many roles ranging from a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategist, Director of Sales Operations and now Managing Director. As an MD, he works with his clients as a strategic partner to help drive process, logic and efficiency within their overall programs and techstacks. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time by the water or on the golf course, as well as cooking up a good meal for family and friends.

Tyler Williams

Beginning his journey with FullFunnel upon graduation from Brown University, Tyler has worn many hats in over 6 years with the organization, including as a Marketing Strategist, Account Director, Director of Consulting, and Director of Marketing. Now serving as a Managing Director of Revenue Operations, Tyler has worked with over 100 companies during his time as a Consultant across revenue operations programs of all sizes, bringing a pragmatic approach to data, technology, processes, and infrastructure. Outside of work Tyler is an avid sports fan and enjoys cooking a good meal. A Cincinnati, Ohio native, Tyler now lives and works in Miami, Florida.

Brent Talbott
Managing Director, Revenue Operations
Having moved to the East Coast to compete for Bates College's NCAA Alpine Ski Team, Brent joined ezCater as the 100th employee, working there during a period of 10x growth as they grew over 1400 global employees. Brent initially came to FullFunnel as a Sales Strategist, before taking over as FullFunnel's VP of Sales in 2021. He recently spent over a year as the CRO for a Y-Combinator SaaS startup, before rejoining FullFunnel as a Managing Director of Revenue Operations. With his background on getting new products to market and scaling new business lines from the front line, Brent excels designing, testing and scalling GTM motions. Brent can be found skiing, cycling, golfing or spending time outside when away from the office.
