 Our Sales Strategists are dynamic sales professionals who deeply understand their clients' businesses, bringing innovative thinking and an invaluable outside perspective to our client companies. They help to develop sales processes, marshall resources, close business and have the talent and experience needed to deliver all aspects of successful sales and marketing programs. The right person will want to grow their sales career, exceed quota, and of course, make money in the process.

Essential Functions

  • Working with both the FullFunnel team and clients to develop and execute sales and business development strategies
  • Managing relationships with the Account Directors, Marketing Strategists, SDRs, and Central Operations team to deliver high-quality sales and marketing services
  • Acting as an extension of the client company's sales department, running full sales processes, from prospecting to close
  • Analyzing client program performance and championing new initiatives based on quantitative results

Core Competencies

  • Have a naturally analytical thought process and love for solving problems
  • Be a CRM power user and evangelist, and posses the capacity to navigate advanced reporting and maximize capabilities
  • Possess strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and project planning skills
  • Have experience demonstrating the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Uncanny ability to develop and execute sales strategies

Requirements

  • Have 2-5 years of experience selling into a range of verticals and companies across mid-market and enterprise, specifically in B2B SaaS sales
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and preferably has early stage/entrepreneurial experience
  • Have experience managing the full sales process from lead gen to close
  • Have a minimum of 1 year in a managing role (or sales lead role) with a proven track record of motivating a team, setting goals and performance management in a startup environment
