As the project got underway, FullFunnel was able to generate a significant amount of demand and opportunities that moved into a demonstration of the product through various inbound and outbound tactics. A recurring hurdle kept popping up; however, and that was the adoption of the product packaging.

FullFunnel quickly identified the cause of the “blockage” at the bottom of the funnel and worked closely with VOIQ management to re-create the product packaging and offering. By injecting a trial phase with a low cost hurdle, VOIQ was able to get more buyers exposed to their product, and demonstrated solid results. Once a successful trial of the product was executed, the customer would be then sold a subscription of the product in a traditional “good, better, best” format. With this type of subscriptive and recurring revenue, VOIQ can then focus on their cost per opportunity metrics, their trial metrics, and ultimately drive a lower cost of consumer acquisition.
