Sales Development Rep

Job Description

The Sales Development Representative will generate buying demand for the FullFunnel’s clients customers products and services from organizations throughout North America.

A typical workday is comprised of making 60-80 calls to companies on behalf of our client partners. The goal is to generate a sales qualified lead (SQL). The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that build pipeline for our partner’s sales funnel. A key requirement is to conduct business dealings with prospects/customers in a way that creates a superior prospect/customer experience that will set the stage for future product sales for The Company.

Essential Functions

  • Making 60-80 calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Prospect into multiple organizations via tele-prospecting, email, and social media selling.
  • Articulate the customer’s value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
  • Achieve or exceed goal SQLs on a monthly basis

  • Studies cutting edge sales and marketing activities across channels 


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience with, HubSpot CRM, and other sales enablement tools a plus
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus
